Monday Monday WOD 4/8/12

Power Cleans
We will partner up in groups and rotate the lines.Each athlete will do 3 x3 Power  Cleans,  50% Max reps,  rotate out to next partner. Then 3×3 Hang Power Cleans 50% Max reps for a total of  6 sets. Rotate each set.

Three rounds for time:
10 Front Squats, (85/65)
18 Pull-ups
10 Deadlifts, (115/95)
18 Toes to bar
10 Push Jerk, (85/65)
18 Hand release Push-ups
