Tomorrows WOD will be in memory of Tim Devine, one of our fallen fellow crossfitters. Tim was a firefighter and owner of Groton CrossFit who took his own life on July 24. Tim was easy going, friendly, inspirational and wanted to help. He kept it simple and did many benefits to raise thousands of dollars for numerous organizations. He will be missed.
