Corey has worked with special populations, athletes, children and the average joe. She has seen growth and results in each and everyone of the people she has worked with and will continue to train because she thrives on watching people change their lives for the better!






Ryan’s favorite part of being a trainer is having the opportunity to help clients reach their fitness goals. Ryan is CrossFit certified and believes in Crossfit’s effectiveness in helping one reach peak physical shape. “Every great success has always been achieved by fight. Clare specializes in using strength training for fat loss, to increase strength, and create muscle tone. She has great experience in physical transformations to tighten and tone, using functional techniques with an emphasis on form. Clare is also an Agility and Speed coach for Cherry Creek High School, and a Strength and Conditioning Coach for George Washington High School. Her certification is with AFAA, and she is also a group exercise and kickboxing instructor.

TARRAH-                                                                  Tarrah has been her own success story after losing over 60 lbs and channeling that drive and passion for fitness and nutrition to her clients.  She specializes in weight loss and nutrition and owns a one-on-one nutrition consultation company, Nutrition Sidekick, that helps her clients move towards a healthier lifestyle.  She also does strength and conditioning with the Loveland Ski Race Team as well as provides nutrition services to numerous athletes and fitness competitors around the Denver area.





Matt is a native of California but has lived in Colorado since he was 11 years old.  He attended Niwot High School and then fulfilled his child hood dream of playing at the University of Colorado where he Graduated with a degree in History and was a Captain for the football team as a senior.  While at CU he was a major contributor in the Buffs winning three Big 12 North titles in 2001, 2002 & 2004 and one Big 12 Title in 2001. 

Following college Matt played six years in the NFL for the Jets, Dolphins and Broncos before being forced into retirement in 2010 because of four major surgeries on his left ankle.  Matt played both Defensive and Offensive line in the NFL and has extensive knowledge on the game at the college and professional level.  He also Co-Hosts a weekly radio show on AM 1510/FM93.7 every Sunday at 10am.



Dave brings sixteen years of experience in the fitness industry, among other attributes, to M fitness and its personal training program. Dave currently holds his Pro Card in bodybuilding and is an active competitor.  His wide range of training techniques, diet and supplement knowledge cover every aspect of personal training and overall health and wellness.
