Getting Started

From Cage fighters to grandmas, all are welcome at Whip It CrossFit.  We’re about real people getting real results.  Getting started at Crossfit in Guilford is a simple process.  Just show up and we will handle the rest.  If you’ve been imagining yourself in better shape and have decided to get healthier, all you need to do is show up.  “Whatever you can do or dream you can, BEGIN IT.  Boldness has genius, power and magic in it.”  Call us today for a free introduction Crossfit class.  At your introduction class, we will discuss your exercise background, what your goals are, how the Crossfit program can fit into your lifestyle, and put you through a sample workout.  Following your introduction class, you will be enrolled in our on-ramp course, which is 6 classes over a 2 week period.  These exercise classes are designed to slowly increase in intensity, bringing you up to speed and getting your ready to join our group of classes.  If you prefer 1-on-1 personal training, please let us know and we can discuss these options with you, as well.

If you feel that your back ground in Olympic weightlifting and gymnastic is good and you want to come in and go through an assessment with one of our trainers to determine if you will be able to forgo the On Ramp Classes  Please contact us.
